Confusing scaling modes in VISIO

For all the power visio users, I encountered this rather strange interaction when i try to scale a flowchart block in Visio. Issues: 1. The most common handle that users would like to stretch the height of the block doesnt work(Fig 1) 2. The green handle thats at the corner works!(Fig 2) Fig 1 Fig 2 Redesign Suggestion: If its a block with handles, users should be able to drag them. Although grey handles say that it is not draggable or stretchable user will end up questioning "why?" So redundancy could help. There can be more than one place where users can be allowed to drag and the middle drag handle should be the ONE of them

Top product design and innovation firm has a cool website, but not a very usable one. They have numerous projects to showcase. Hence the user is left to explore most of the stuff by himself. One great example of a broken navigation is shown below - User comes into this page and doesnt find a way out! Suggestion: a small link to IDEO home or clicking the IDEO logo should take the user back
